Hoosier Mama Pie Company in is looking for a talented, reliable pastry chef to join our team. Two years previous kitchen experience is required. Should be creative and genuinely enjoy working with food. Must be reliable with a good grasp of baking techniques and food service sanitation. Should have experience ordering, scheduling and managing a kitchen. Experience baking with seasonal ingredients. Schedule is four 10 to 12 hour days.
